Instructions for outpatient visits

Ⅰ. Real-name system: We strictly implement the real-name system for clinical visits. When making on-site registration or online appointments, real personal information of the patient, including name, cellphone number and ID number, should be provided.

Ⅱ. Pre-examination and triage are strictly implemented. Patients with fever, diarrhea or rash should seek medical care from the Department of Infectious Diseases of comprehensive hospitals in their neighborhoods.

Ⅲ. In case of recent visits, the patient is advised to carry laboratory tests and examination results issued within one month.

Ⅳ. Outpatient clinics of this Center strictly implements the system of “one physician for one patient in one consulting room”. To prevent overcrowding, please keep a 1-meter safe distance during visit or awaiting procedure.  Patients in waiting rooms should not enter the consulting room.

Ⅴ. Specialist clinic time: 8:00-12:00, 14:00-17:00
Nighttime students’ psychological (consultation) clinic time: 18:00-20:00, emergency service available 24 hours a day.

Ⅵ. Appointment Method: Follow the public account of WMHC and make an appointment 7 days in advance.
